At Soul Touch Jewellery, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help — with clear and transparent guidelines. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

You received the wrong item
Returns are not applicable for change of mind, sizing preference, or incorrect orders placed by customers.
📦 Return Requests
Returns are not free. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To request a return:

Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue

Wait for approval from our team before sending anything back
🎥 Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Item Claims
No unboxing video = No claim.
The unboxing video must:

Start from the sealed package

Be clear, continuous, and unedited

Show all items being removed from the box
If an issue is not visible in the video, it will be considered delivered correctly.
🔥 Items Bought on Sale
Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE.
No returns, no refunds, and no exchanges will be accepted on sale or clearance products.
🚚 Shipping Delays
We work with trusted third-party courier partners.
In case of delays, we will provide tracking support, but Soul Touch Jewellery is not liable for courier delays or delivery timelines.

🚫 Cancellations & Alterations

No cancellation or modification is allowed once the order is confirmed.

Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you refuse delivery:

It will be treated as a return at your cost.

Prepaid orders: Refused at doorstep = No refund.

COD orders: We reserve the right to restrict future orders from the same address.
If you want the order re-delivered, repacking and re-shipping charges will apply.
📦 Return Packaging Guidelines
Returned items must be:

In original packaging

With all tags, labels, and accessories intact
Returns without original packaging may be rejected.
💸 Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval and inspection.
